Shipping
Delivery area: Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the European Union.
Standard: 2–4 business days, 8 CHF/EUR. Free from 200 CHF/EUR.
Express: 1–2 business days, 18 CHF/EUR.
Your order leaves the atelier within 24 business hours at most. You will receive a tracking number by email.
For shipments to the EU, import VAT and fees may apply depending on the country; where possible, they are shown before you confirm your order.
Returns
Period: 30 days from delivery, no questions asked.
Conditions: unworn garment, with tags and in its packaging. Washed or altered garments are not accepted.
Procedure: write to info@clothvr.com with your order number; we will send you a return label. Returns are free within Switzerland; in the EU, 8 EUR is deducted from the refund.
Refund: to the same payment method, within 14 days at most of receiving the garment.
Size exchanges: mention it in the same email; we reserve the new size and ship it at no cost once we receive the original.
