1. Scope and contract

These terms apply to all orders placed in the online store. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

Orders are accepted from Switzerland, the EU and Liechtenstein. Purchases are reserved for end consumers; purchases for resale are not permitted.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in CHF or EUR, including Swiss taxes where applicable. For shipments to the EU, import VAT and/or customs duties may apply and are borne by the customer, depending on the destination country.

Payment methods: credit/debit card and TWINT (Switzerland). Your payment is charged when the order is confirmed.

3. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in the shipping policy. If an item is unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you immediately and refund the amount paid.

4. Right of return

We offer a 30-day return period from delivery, no justification required, for unworn garments with their tags attached. The procedure is described in the shipping and returns policy.

For EU customers: this contractual right is broader than the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which remains guaranteed in full.

5. Warranty

The Swiss statutory warranties apply (art. 197 et seq. CO) and, for EU consumers, those of their national law. If a garment arrives defective, we will repair it, replace it or refund it.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence. Place of jurisdiction: Zurich, Switzerland.
