01How long does delivery take?
Switzerland and the EU: 2–4 working days standard, 1–2 express. Orders leave the workshop within 24 working hours.
02How much is delivery?
8 CHF/EUR standard, 18 express. Free over 200 in either currency.
03Can I return a piece?
Yes: 30 days from delivery, no questions asked. Returns are free in Switzerland; in the EU we deduct 8 from the refund.
04Do the sizes run true?
Every product sheet carries its cut note (roomy, true to size, close) and the size guide is on every product page. If in doubt, write to us with your measurements.
05Where do the fabrics come from?
Wool and knits from Italian mills, European Flax certified linen, Japanese selvedge denim. The exact origin is on each spec sheet.
06Where are the clothes sewn?
In a family workshop in Porto (Portugal) that we work with exclusively. The patterns are made in Zurich.
07Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Taller pieces (the permanent line) always come back, in 4–6 weeks. Estructura and Calada return only if the cloth is still available.
08Do you take cryptocurrency or cash on delivery?
No. Card and TWINT (Switzerland). Simple and traceable.
09Why technical drawings instead of model photos?
This shop is a design demo: the catalogue shows each piece's technical flat, the same drawing we use in the workshop. Photography will arrive with real production.
10How do I care for wool so it lasts decades?
Air it rather than machine-wash it, cold wool cycle when it's due, dry flat and rest it 24 h between wears. Each care label spells it out.
